Manage your Gull Card Account

To manage your Gull Card account, you will need to do the following:

NEW UPDATE PLEASE READ.

If you are ON OR OFF-campus:

NOTE: YOU WILL NEED YOUR STUDENTS GROUPWISE (EMAIL) USERNAME AND PASSWORD.

  • When the login box appears for the username
    delete salisbury\  and enter your full email address.
    Ex.  (gullcard@salisbury.edu) - for student addresses do not type in the "students"
  • Then enter your password in their respective fields.
  • Click the "Manage Your Account" link below.
  • You should be see the Gull Card Account Management site open in a new window.
     
  • To add funds to your account, click the "Accounts" link, then SCROLL DOWN and click the "Add to Account" link.
     
  • TO LOG OFF, YOU MUST CLOSE YOUR WEB BROWSER.
 

If you have followed the directions carefully but are still unable to access the Gull Card account, please try the following alternatives:

  1. Students:  Go to a lab on-campus and try there.  If your password is not being accepted, please contact the IT Helpdesk at 75454 (ext. 5)
     
  2. Check your web browser settings, virus protection, and pop-up blockers.  Some off-campus sites appear to be blocking the access or pop-up blockers are not permitting the password window to appear on-screen.
     
  3. Make a payment at or send a payment to the Cashier’s Office in Holloway Hall.  (checks or cash only accepted)  The Cashier’s Office does not accept any credit cards.  The official mailing address is:  Salisbury University Cashiers Office,
    1101 Camden Ave, Salisbury, MD 21801.
